Our office is located on the second floor of the Barnes County Courthouse at 230 4th<\/sup> St NW, Room 201, Valley City ND 58072. Office hours: M-F 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (Our office stays open over lunch hour unless we are short staffed)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
